Gerard is the Director of SCi. An experienced business adviser for both domestic growth and International Business Development. He has worked for several businesses identifying new markets and managing agents and distributors globally.

Gerard also has an interest in working directly with businesses on improvement activities and is a trained ISO 14001 adviser for environmental issues on behalf of the Waste Resources Action Programme (WRAP) and an adviser for the implementation of Anaerobic Digestive energy.

Stephen is a Senior Consultant of SCi. A former Economist, he has worked in International Inward Investment, Research and been a Director of PLC consultancy divisions.
Stephen is a growth coach on the BIS Growth Accelerator programme and teaches and mentors on the Cardiff Metropolitan University MBA.
Stephen specialises in Innovation, lean systems thinking and sustainable operations.
Emma Casburn

Joel brings 20+ years of diverse experience in both multinational manufacturing companies and UK Higher Education Institutions.
Joel specialises in continuous improvement, process/ supply chain optimisation and category & supplier management whilst also helping organisations define, develop and implement their business strategy.
Joel is a certified 6 sigma black belt, holds the BCS Business Analysis diploma and is a CIPS qualified category manager.
Emma Casburn is SCI Ltd’s Travel Partner and owner of Infinite Travel providing research into the logistics of visiting an overseas market. ATOL protected-booking and payments and made in addition to ancillaries such as hotel accommodation in the vicinity of conference locations, private car transfers, intercity train connections, meeting spaces, dinners, etc Emma’s background is in languages with an Honour’s Degree in Modern European Languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese and German).
